[Bug 1534830] [NEW] Failed to install grub on Nextbook

Public bug reported:

This went merrily along until it got to the final stage and died with a
grub error. Why it was attempting to install grub on a UEFI machine is a
better question though. Odd 15.10 has this problem when Elementary,
which is based on 14.04, cleanly installs. Elementary has boot problems
with the combination of 32-bit UEFI and 64-bit multi-core computer, but
it does cleanly install
