Title:
  No element in panel

Status in apturl package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: apturl

When installing software from a homepage using the apturl package
(apt:...) there is no element in the "currently open windows panel"
(the botton panel for most users). This is confusing as all other
windows have to be minimized or closed in order to find the "lost"
installation GUI. See screenshot for clarification.
