This doesn't actually look like an apport dialog, I was unable to find
any of the strings in the attached screenshot in the apport code. If
this happens again can you try and track down what application it really
is?

Bug description:
It's possible that `apport` displays a dialog which informs about the
crash of an application which doesn't contain the name of the
application which makes the dialog almost useless in comparison to a
dialog which would contain the name (see screenshot for details).
