[Bug 1592136] [NEW] [SRU] dh-make doesn't recognize 'mit' as copyright license

[Impact]

 * Passing '-c mit' to dh_make doesn't work because it isn't recognized
in the list of licenses.

[Test Case]

 * Download a source package via apt-get source or pull-lp-source
 * Delete the debian directory
 * Run 'dh_make -c mit'
 * The license will be listed as 'blank'

[Regression Potential]

 * Risk of regression is low, the fix is one line, and already available
in Yakkety Yak
