Please provide installer logs, and the installer version that was in
use. E.g. /var/log/syslog from the d-i environment, or
/var/log/installer directory from the installed system.

  I am installing a sanboot s390 ubuntu server via ftp server on a
  native lpar.  But I am not able to activate fcp device for
  installation. However I am able active the fcp device and attach san
  boot lun via shell.
