Thank you for filing this bug report! Given that the last Debian release
was in 2014 and the last upstream release was in 2010, I'm not sure it's
fair to ask you to submit this report to either upstream or Debian
(although I did find https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=656105 for Debian, submitted by you, so thank you
for that!).
Unfortunately, this seems more appropriate as an upstream issue. It will
take someone with subject matter expertise to implement new
functionality.

opposite of poptParseArgvString: that is, turn a supplied argv, argc
pair into a canonically-equivalent string.
