Bug description:
The Control Program Identification system data (short cpi) is not set on Ubuntu Server (neither on 16.04.x nor on 16.10).
It is usually done by a (systemd-) service on boot using system_level, system_name and system_type in /sys/firmware/cpi/.
$ ls -la /sys/firmware/cpi/
