Bug description:
  The Control Program Identification system data (short cpi) is not set on Ubuntu Server (neither on 16.04.x nor on 16.10).
  It is usually done by a (systemd-) service on boot using system_level, system_name and system_type in /sys/firmware/cpi/.

  $ ls -la /sys/firmware/cpi/
  total 0
  drwxr-xr-x 2 root root    0 Sep 19 04:54 .
