[Bug 1739483] [NEW] eyed3 doesn't declare dependency on python-pkg-resources

Public bug reported:

eyed3 uses the python package pkg_resources (see /usr/bin/eyeD3, which is in package python-pkg-resources, but doesn't depend on it.
This dependency should be added, so the package is usable by default.

This happens on Ubuntu 17.10.
