  eyed3 doesn't declare dependency on python-pkg-resources

Status in eyed3 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  eyed3 uses the python package pkg_resources (see /usr/bin/eyeD3, which is in package python-pkg-resources, but doesn't depend on it.
  This dependency should be added, so the package is usable by default.

  This happens on Ubuntu 17.10.
