[Bug 1696050] [NEW] Upgrade to version 14.04 from 12.04 failed

I have been trying to upgrade to version 14.04.05 LTS from my current
version 12.04. While "Setting new software channels" it fails giving me
the error that upgrade cannot be calculated.

I have been trying to update for a while but it always fails at the same step.
