Title:
  Upgrade to version 14.04 from 12.04 failed

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have been trying to upgrade to version 14.04.05 LTS from my current
  version 12.04. While "Setting new software channels" it fails giving
  me the error that upgrade cannot be calculated.

  I have been trying to update for a while but it always fails at the same step.
  Please help
