[Bug 1693025] [NEW] 16.04.2 LTS While installing, cant write grub to /target/

I boot using UEFI. Though for some reason the bootloader grub cant get
installed. I use an USB drive made with unetbootin on windows. i used
the latest image for Ubuntu-Gnome 16.04.2 LTS.
