Public bug reported:

Plymouth has the following entry in the control file:

Conflicts: console-common

The reason for that is found in the following bug:

https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=606132#44

In the latest version of console-common, the problem service "keymap.sh" has been removed for a number of reasons:

console-common (0.7.89) unstable; urgency=medium

  [Felipe Sateler]
  * Drop keymap.sh script, superseded in favor of console-setup
   Closes: #796606, #677314, #276220, #516002, #723987.

Therefor the "Conflicts: console-common" should be removed, as the reason is no longer valid.

Not only is invalid dependency information generally a bad thing, we
have a requirement for both the co-exist, and this is obviously getting
the way the way.
