Hello, it looks slightly like you may have done a UEFI installation but
don't have an EFI filesystem partition on your hard drive.

Bug description:
  I had installed ubuntu on a dual boot with windows 10, but due to
  certain issues I deleted ubuntu from windows 10, and then I tried to
  install it again from the usb I had installed it from again, it said
  at the end of the installation, that the installation could not
  continue because grub wasn't present, and so the computer wouldn't
  boot, and then it led me up to here. I am using ubuntu 18.04 bionic
  beaver the 64-bit version.
