Your disk is currently partitioned to boot in bios mode, but you booted
the installer in EFI mode. You either need to boot the installer in bios
mode, or partition the disk using GPT and set up an EFI system partition
to install in EFI mode. This will be done for you if you choose the "use
entire disk" guided install option.

Bug description:
  I had installed ubuntu on a dual boot with windows 10, but due to
  certain issues I deleted ubuntu from windows 10, and then I tried to
  install it again from the usb I had installed it from again, it said
  at the end of the installation, that the installation could not
  continue because grub wasn't present, and so the computer wouldn't
  boot, and then it led me up to here. I am using ubuntu 18.04 bionic
  beaver the 64-bit version.
