Bug description:
  After I removed all conflict packages like
   Hold prevents MarkGarbage of libc6-x32 [ amd64 ] < 2.23-0ubuntu10 > ( libs )
    Hold prevents MarkGarbage of liborbit-2-0 [ amd64 ] < 1:2.14.19-1build1 > ( libs )
  I still got upgrade fail message.
