Title:
  add curl to gcc build-deps

Status in gcc-defaults package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
`curl` is used in `contrib/download_prerequisites` which dramatically
eases the `gcc` build. Even though it's possible to build `gcc`
without running `contrib/download_prerequisites` it'd be nice to have
  it included in build-deps.
