[Bug 1837899] Re: ubuntu-support-status indicates [18.10] packages still have support

I want to use the partition of 18.10 on dx6120 for a qa-test install of
18.04.3, so before I wipe I though I'd `sudo apt update; sudo apt full-
upgrade; ubuntu-support-status`

Support status summary of 'dx6120xu':

You have 0 packages (0.0%) that can not/no-longer be downloaded
You have 2526 packages (100.0%) that are unsupported

Run with --show-unsupported, --show-supported or --show-all to see more
details

Other than now being in August; these are the results I believe I should have got from the start, and point to the bug report. No updates were found so no changes to anything..

Title:
ubuntu-support-status indicates [18.10] packages still have support

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I would expect this Lubuntu 18.10 system to have almost no packages
still supported, instead I get 69.2% still with support (until July
  2019)

This is a VM (Lubuntu 18.10 x86, used only for testing purposes)
but I got the same results on x86 hardware, plus amd64/x86_64

  guiverc at d960-vml:~$ ubuntu-support-status
  Support status summary of 'd960-vml':

You have 1371 packages (69.2%) supported until July 2019 (Canonical -

You have 5 packages (0.3%) that can not/no-longer be downloaded
You have 605 packages (30.5%) that are unsupported

  more details

I realize this is a EOL release (18.10), however that's sort of the
point, as the system reports itself as still with support because of
  this bug.
