the d780 18.10 install mentioned in comment #3 will be erased for a
18.04.3 qa-test, so before using I logged in and
sudo apt update; sudo apt full-upgrade; (no changes as expected) then

As with i386, with no changes 1355 packages that were already
unsupported and reported as such. It's using end-of-month instead of
EOL date in month.
This is minor, mainly affecting support (users believe what their
machines tell them, packages are supported despite irc/askubu/forum
people telling them it's EOL & release-upgrade asap...

Title:
ubuntu-support-status indicates [18.10] packages still have support
Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
I would expect this Lubuntu 18.10 system to have almost no packages
still supported, instead I get 69.2% still with support (until July
2019)
This is a VM (Lubuntu 18.10 x86, used only for testing purposes)
but I got the same results on x86 hardware, plus amd64/x86_64

I realize this is a EOL release (18.10), however that's sort of the
point, as the system reports itself as still with support because of
this bug.
