[Bug 1907050] Re: cannot install hplip

I've changed the status to "incomplete" as I think you need support more
than having a bug issue. If you believe I'm in error, or can better
explain the install issue (and how it relates to hplip), please correct
the description or leave a comment, and the status can be returned to
"New".
