[Bug 1864313] [NEW] "Software and Updates" UI hang.

Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) 0.98.5
3) I clicked the Software and Updates icon, the Software and Updates window appears. If I start clicking on different tabs, the UI hangs. I think the hang is because the process is downloading data and my internet connection(64k) is slow. Could you fork the download process, so that the UI remains responsive?
4) Software and Updates window hanged.
