  the installation crashes

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  during the installation on the entire hard disk, after configuration
  of language, name and type of inst., the installation crashes on GRUB.
  I have used a pendrive usb for installation, the release is Ubuntu
  Mate 18.4 LTS
