[Bug 1863805] [NEW] When booting to install the language selection menu not available

When booting up the image to install the language selection menu is not
available. The boot loader (grub) appears and I can select "Start
Lubuntu" and the system loads correctly to the live desktop.

This occurred on Intel NUC8i3BEK with M.2 SSD disk
