[Bug 1888535] Re: upgrade to 20.04 fails with can't install ubuntu-mate-core message

You will see from the below that ubuntu-mate-core is already
installed, ubuntu-mate-desktop can't be found, and attempting to do a
reinstall of ubuntu-mate-core gives an error.  Is there any more I can
do please?
