[Bug 1888794] [NEW] During upgrade: File comparer dialog: Textarea does not expand with window

Encountered during upgrade from 19.10 to 20.04

During the upgrade you might get asked if you want to overwrite or keep
certain files. You get a textarea that shows the differences between
files. It's not possible to enlarge that textarea. The dialog itself is
resizable, but the textarea stays the same same.

Expected:
When the dialog window gets resized, the textarea will also resize
