Hi Steve,

Thanks for getting back to me,

The time is incorrect when you choose Dublin. I'm sorry I didn't realize
there was more to a time zone besides what time it was!
Yes it's true that it shouldn't change the language, it changes the
language of the calendar and all the holidays, not the whole OS. should I
report that as a separate bug?
