[Bug 1903030] [NEW] Wrong time displayed in logs during Ubuntu 20.04 installation

Public bug reported:

I am installing Ubuntu 20.04 LTS from USB. I got the ISO from
https://ubuntu.com/download

During the GUI installation (copying files etc) the time in the detailed
log is one hour behing the time displayed at the top.

I would expect the two times to be synchronized, otherwise it looks like
the installation is hanging.

I set the time zone to Berlin and connected to the internet via WIFI.
