Thank you for your bug report, I'm setting the report as low since it's
not having an user visible impact. Unsure if that's even a bug, having
the log timestamps going backward during the installation if a timezone
is selected could be confusing and more difficult to understand than
having linear events and that for no real benefits

  Wrong time displayed in logs during Ubuntu 20.04 installation

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am installing Ubuntu 20.04 LTS from USB. I got the ISO from
  https://ubuntu.com/download

  During the GUI installation (copying files etc) the time in the
  detailed log is one hour behing the time displayed at the top.

  I would expect the two times to be synchronized, otherwise it looks
  like the installation is hanging.

  I set the time zone to Berlin and connected to the internet via WIFI.
