Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017.

Title:
  installer crashed while trying to install system

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I was trying to install Lubuntu 12.04 from a live usb and the
  installer keeps crashing while trying to install the system on my
  laptop. It has done this twice, the bar at the bottom said it was
  "Installing Packages" when it crashed both times.
