Ubuntu 14.04 (trusty) reached end-of-life on April 25, 2019.

Bug description:
  i was installing ubuntu 14.04 64-bit over ubuntu 14.04 32-bit on my
  computer which is brand new with 8G RAM, then the installation process
  crashed before installing new packages
