[Bug 1926563] [NEW] Include an option to encrypt /boot

Luna 1926563 at bugs.launchpad.net

Public bug reported:

Currently, Ubiquity doesn't have an option to encrypt /boot, which
enhances security (some distros have this by default like KDE Neon and
Manjaro). Encrypting /boot can be done with the command line, though, by
creating the partitions scheme and setting up LVM. However, having this
option in Ubiquity would be handy.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
