Title:
Include an option to encrypt /boot

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
Currently, Ubiquity doesn't have an option to encrypt /boot, which
enhances security (some distros have this by default like KDE Neon and
Manjaro). Encrypting /boot can be done with the command line, though,
by creating the partitions scheme and setting up LVM. However, having
this option in Ubiquity would be handy.
