Public bug reported:
Tested upgrade of Lubuntu Impish 21.10 to Lubuntu Jammy 22.04 and after
upgrade
grep Prompt= /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades shows Prompt=normal
This possibly due to being early in development cycle. Reporting as
required by QA testcase.
