  Lubuntu Impish upgrade to Jammy - Prompt shows "normal" not "ltS"

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Tested upgrade of Lubuntu Impish 21.10 to Lubuntu Jammy 22.04 and
  after upgrade

  grep Prompt= /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades shows Prompt=normal

  This possibly due to being  early in development cycle. Reporting as
  required by QA testcase.
