You can test that with two builds of chrony 4.0 that we have in hirsute (-release/proposed).

If it is "SIGSYS" or "SIGSYS (Bad system call)" depends on our config, but isn't important.
We can see that the OLD and the NEW build both fail atm - so it is not anything that chrony introduced.

Bug description:
  There are plenty of nice improvements and features added late in
  bullseye that would also be useful for Hirsute in between 4.0-2 and
  4.0-5.

  We have to take care that all extended tests work on all
  architectures, but other than that all sounds like a straight carry-
  forward of the Delta we have.
