But if we go back libc6 2.33-0ubuntu2 => 2.32-0ubuntu6 and run the same it works just fine.
So it is libc6 2.33 that introduces the breakage by adding another syscall that is currently blocked.

Looking into past cases we won't change libc for this, but instead want
to add this as an allowed syscall. I'm prepping and testing a change for
that.

Bug description:
  There are plenty of nice improvements and features added late in
  bullseye that would also be useful for Hirsute in between 4.0-2 and
  4.0-5.

  We have to take care that all extended tests work on all
  architectures, but other than that all sounds like a straight carry-
  forward of the Delta we have.
