Bug description:
  Hello,
  after recent tzdata update in ubuntu 16.04.7 (Desktop), the "timedatectl" command shows this error:

  user at host:~$ timedatectl 
  Assertion 'xstrftime: a[] must be big enough' failed at ../src/timedate/timedatectl.c:113, function print_status_info(). Aborting.
  Aborted (core dumped)
