[Bug 1931572] [NEW] rpcbind restarts every 10 seconds since this morning

Starting this morning rpcbind restarts every 10 seconds and crashes
immediately.

Affected versions as far I see Ubuntu Server 18.04 and Ubuntu Server
20.04.

It first occurred after the "Daily apt upgrade and clean activities.."
Since then rpcbind restarts every 10 seconds. See below the log-entries.
Last "apt dist-upgrade" before was approx two weeks ago.

I had a look around our Ubuntu servers and all of them (18.04 and 20.04)
have this issue since this morning.

An apt update/dist-upgrade today didn't solve the issue.
