Bug description:
  Hi

  Starting this morning rpcbind restarts every 10 seconds and crashes
  immediately.

  Affected as far I see Ubuntu Server 18.04.5.

  It first occurred after the "Daily apt upgrade and clean activities.."
  Since then rpcbind restarts every 10 seconds. See below the log-entries.
  Last "apt dist-upgrade" before was approx two weeks ago.

  I had a look around our Ubuntu servers and all of them (18.04.5) have
  this issue since this morning.

  An apt update/dist-upgrade today didn't solve the issue.

  Current rpcbind version 0.2.3-0.6ubuntu0.18.04.2
