[Bug 1958043] [NEW] Battery completely drained after suspend

Public bug reported:

a) As previously reported. Fails to wake up after “suspend” mode.
b) even after the laptop is shut down. The battery shows 0% charge after the LTop has started.

This problem has occurred since Linux 5.13.0.22
