[Bug 1983209] [NEW] trying to do release upgrade to 22.04

it seems I cannot upgrade my ubuntu anymore. I've used a minimal 17.10
install to install it to my very finicky Dell XPS X15 laptop. Now
whatever I do with the list.sources, it fails. Current sources should be
attached.
