Title:
  trying to do release upgrade to 22.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  it seems I cannot upgrade my ubuntu anymore. I've used a minimal 17.10
  install to install it to my very finicky Dell XPS X15 laptop. Now
  whatever I do with the list.sources, it fails. Current sources should
  be attached.
