  The Apport GUI will not start if the apport/apport-gtk/apport-kde
  package is older than 2.23.1 but python3-apport was upgraded to >=
  2.23.1. ubuntu-bug will crash:

  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "/usr/share/apport/apport-gtk", line 596, in <module>
      app = GTKUserInterface()
    File "/usr/share/apport/apport-gtk", line 56, in __init__
      apport.ui.UserInterface.__init__(self)
  TypeError: UserInterface.__init__() missing 1 required positional argument: 'argv'

  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding apport.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 2.23.1-0ubuntu3, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/feb7fb0f8e0c34715dc6cf742f9d16824c977662 contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or traceback, and individual crash reports.

  Test Plan
  =========

  1. Install apport from jammy:
  ```
  sudo apt install apport/jammy apport-gtk/jammy python3-apport/jammy python3-problem-report/jammy
  ```
  2. Upgrade python3-apport:
  ```
  sudo apt install python3-apport/kinetic-proposed
  ```
  3. Launch apport-bug:
  ```
  apport-bug
  ```

  All four apport package should be upgraded and apport-bug should
  launch without problems.

  Where problems could occur
  ==========================

  The added Breaks will affect how APT handles the packages and could
  trigger/reveal bug there or could put pressure on APT finding a
  solution.
