ubiquity is the installer which is used to install the various Ubuntu
flavours. The bug description says that you don't have ubiquity
installed so this can't be the affected package.

The problem that you're reporting suggests an issue with either apt or google-chrome.
Is this still an issue as I don't see a problem with my 'focal' installation?
By the way, Kubuntu 20.04 is no longer supported, as of April 2023.
If you are still using Kubuntu 20.04 then you need to upgrade but if you have upgraded then do you still see this problem with you upgraded release of Kubuntu?
