possible some modifying of the quirks will be necessary too.

  Upgrade to Mantic needs to install printing snaps

  Triaged

Bug description:
  I used update-manager to upgrade from 23.04 to 23.10 today and the
  printing snaps were not automatically installed.

  The printing snaps have been added to desktop-common so the upgrade
  scripts will need to install these snaps for all Ubuntu desktop
  flavors.
