23.10 accidentally shipped luks2 in the release pocket but there is an
SRU ready for release that removes it again.

Status in grub2 package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  My understanding is that GRUB 2.12~rc1 in Ubuntu 23.10 should support
  Argon2 for LUKS2, but it doesn't for some reason. Maybe needs to be
  enabled during compilation?
