[Bug 2025256] [NEW] Please sync pyparted 3.12.0-5 from debian unstable

Public bug reported:

We recently introduced a delta in Ubuntu to fix a test-suite error in
pyparted when run against parted 3.6:

Debian has picked up our change and has just released 3.12.0-5 to
unstable.

We should go back to syncing since the delta is not needed anymore.
