Bug description:
  when I click on the ubuntu software icon (the snap store) none of the
  three tabs, "Explore","installed" and "updates" display anything. they
  did when I first installed ubuntu. I have installed bit defender
  gravity zone. i thought this might be the issue, so I uninstalled the
  local agent but the behavior of the snap store was the same. I
  reinstalled the bit defender agent. my concern is that I might be
  missing out on updates.
