I verified that lintian from mantic-proposed (2.116.3ubuntu3.1) passed
the test case as defined.

I verified that lintian from lunar-proposed (2.116.3ubuntu1.1) passed
the test case as defined.

I verified that lintian from jammy-proposed (2.114.0ubuntu1.3) passed
the test case as defined.

I verified that lintian from focal-proposed (2.62.0ubuntu2.3) passed the
test case as defined.

Verification is complete.

Bug description:
  Lintian in stable releases of Ubuntu don't know about Noble, and they
  should.

  [Test Case]
  1) Obtain or create a source.changes file with Noble in it
  2) Run 'lintian $package_source.changes'

  With the current version of lintian you'll receive the following
  error:

  E: $package changes: bad-distribution-in-changes-file noble

  With the new version of Lintian you'll receive no such error.
