[Bug 2039591] [NEW] Please update python3.11 version

Sorry for posting this here, but I see no method to request updates to
https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/packages which updates the
package version used in Ubuntu 22.04.

Currently, python3.11.0-rc1 breaks just about everything in Ubuntu (arp,
pip, etc.).  It would be nice if the volunteers that maintain this list
update the version to say 3.11.4 since our security will not let us use
deadsnakes.
